Multiple customers reported activation of new license failures due to Cloud Portal unavailability

There was an emergency maintenance on Cloud Portal performed to clean up some backend infrastructure issues. The maintenance operation caused the licensing module to be affected. This was resolved as soon as our monitoring systems detected the issue. Incident Impact: 12:30 AM Pacific to 3:35 AM Pacific
